Prednisone and weight gain?!
On Friday I was prescribed an antibiotic and prednisone for a severe sinus infection. I have taken this antibiotic before. But not prednisone. Ok, I bought a HRM this weekend. I used it tonight and I birned a lot than what I've been logging. What this make a difference in weight loss? Today I will be walking around for about 6-8 hours. I am going to a convention, so I will be on my feet all day long. Would anyone log this in as activity? If so, how many minutes?
