Ok, I bought a HRM this weekend. I used it tonight and I birned a lot than what I've been logging. What this make a difference in weight loss? Since I've been burning more, maybe I haven't been giving my body enough fuel? Thoughts?
Tonight I burned over 800 and before I got the HRM I logged 300 burned.
