The insane number of ads for all the "lose weight quick" schemes that pop up on the sides and top of MFP? I kind of find it funny that here we are trying to do things the right way, and the site has a stoopid ad that pops up telling you about a way to lose weight by popping a pill or by trying a new drink or something…

Giving Blood and eating more?
I just got done donating blood, and I know that you are supposed to drink an extra 32 oz of water to help replenish the blood, but are you also supposed to eat more (other than the cookies and juice that they provide you when you are finished)? I was just curious.

Anybody miss. . .
I have been back on the calorie bandwagon for about a week and a half now...and am starting to miss some of my "favorite foods" (mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, salisbury steak [my fave meal]). Is anyone else having that issue? How do you overcome it?

question about salt reduction
I have dropped some of the weight that i have intended, but have had several days where I have not realized th amount of salt that I had been taking in (including today). crunches everyday?
Is it bad to do crunches everyday (or 2x a day even) to try and trim the abs? The last 2 days i have done 70 and am planning on doing another 40 tonite before I go to bed? :noway:
