My Smoothie!
Hey everyone, just wanted to throw my penny and a half's worth in for what I use as a smoothie for dinner 3-4 nights a week:
1 medium banana
4 strawberries (either frozen or fresh, whatever is available)
1 tablespoon Smart Balance Omega creamy Peanut Butter
1 tablespoon Smart Balance Omega crunchy Peanut Butter
1 tablespoon Natures Way Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
2 tablespoon wheat germ
8 oz 1% milk
2 tablespoons fat free chocolate syrup
2 tablespoons Dannon Light and Fit Strawberry yogurt
8-10 ice cubes (depending on how smooth or chunky you want it)
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until desired consistency.
667 calories, 35 mg fat, 54 carbs, 6 g fiber, 19 g protein.

Here's mine:
1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
1 scoop of protein powder
1 t flax seed oil
1/2 cup 2% milk
Any kind of fruit.....I put a couple big strawberries and/or a banana.
This is about 200 calories. 25 g protein. 8mg fat. 120g sodium. 45g sugar.
I will drink this an 1.5 hours before I walk for 30 minutes. Plus I'll drink it any old time for breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack.
