Help?!?About fitbit
Anyone know why when you sync the fitbit to here that your calories intakes go down? Shouldn't it go up? I'm confessed.about it.

Tried ground turkey the results was not good
I tried it for the first time this week, I didn't like it at all, it made my stomach hurt so bad. Just say I didn't eat the rest of my meal that day b/c it didn't taste good and yeah. So did anyone else ever tried it and made you wanna get sick? Did you try it again?

Need help about my calorie intake!
Ok so I checked my BMR on here and it says I should eat 1,625 calories/day. I have been eating around 1,500 a day, should I bump it up to 1,625 instead of staying at 1,500?

Today I went over almost 1000 calories. I knew I shouldn't of eaten Hardee's that was one BIG mistake. I was doing so good I was under my calorie intake going on 4 days and today I messed it up!
