September Challenge!
It's early, I know, but I don't know how often people are checking in here. I will be putting up an Active Everyday challenge for September. Crazy July and August, but by September, things will be much calmer and I can keep track of progres and work on my own goal. So, it's on! I'll make the group the last week of August…

So the goal is to be active every single day in June. I struggle with keeping myself moving on the days I don't go to the gym, and the less active I am on "rest" days, the harder it is to get myself TO the gym the rest of the time.
