My Apple Watch was synced to myfitnesspal for over a year, but now it won't sync. I went to the apps,and it doesn't show the apple health app at all anymore. Is there another way to sync it? Thanks!

Apple Watch
Did Myfitnesspal stop connecting with Apple? I just did my walk on my lunch and it doesn't show. So, I went to re-sync it and it won't allow me. Also, where I can add Apple to count my steps, it won't let me click that either.

Cardio and Strength training...same day????
Right now I'm doing 30 minutes of weight lifting, then doing 30-45 minutes of cardio afterwards. I do this 6 days a week. Sometimes, I add in an extra day (Sunday) just for an extra cardio session. So, I just joined a body fat loss contest. I'm a lot bigger than most who joined...so nice advantage. I know both weight training and cardio are important to weight loss...But, I was wondering...which burns more body fat? Cardio or lifting weights? I would love to hear some opinions. Thanks!

Pulled neck muscle
I was doing free weight front raises and my form was off. I felt the muscle in my neck pull so I stopped. Ice or hot? It's pretty sore. I'm also using icy hot on it. Any advice? If it gets worse or persists, I will go to the Dr.

I just got my heart rate monitor and so far I'm loving it. I'm still learning the ins and outs of it, though. I know it displays "zones". I was told that I need to be in a certain range to burn the most fat. Does this heart rate monitor tell me when I'm in that zone?

Bought my first heart rate monitor...
I bought a Polar FT4 (in pretty pink, not that the color matters lol). I decided to buy it because myfitnesspal for calories burned was around 1900. The machines at the gym, minus strength training was a little over 700. That is a huge difference. so...any tips? I've never used one before.
