Lol. So i pms hard and always have since i started my period as a kid. Any ideas how to manage cravings without giving in completely? I failed last night and at lunch today but i figured it is better than binging in the long run. Any advice?

Net question, yet again
sorry guys, every time I think i've got a handle on this I seem to mess up. so I've eaten 723 calories out of my allotted 1360 daily calories. I exercised and burned through 432 calories. Netting me a grand total of 292 calories. so how much more do I need to eat? lol

Rest day?
My husband, who is a work-out-aholic lol, always says you should take a rest day, no matter what. Ok so I'm not lifting weights yet, most of what I'm doing is mainly cardio, stationary bike, hiking,walking, etc. do I really need a rest day?
