and give me a suggestion or two for how to add another 200 calories without overdoing the fat, protein, carbs or sugar?? I'm finding this is a super tough challenge lol

It doesn't matter if you go over on any of those things. Go eat something.1

Anything that has calories has either protein, fat, or carbs. 200 calories is not a lot, so I don't think it really matters what you eat for those cals. Your diary is closed, so that's all I've got2
