Ok, so two ounces of pasta cooked is next to nothing! *lol* I'm wondering if I should be weighing it before or after I cook it? Don't want to cheat myself either way by having too much or not enough. Any help or insight greatly appreciated!!

Like most foods, you weigh it before cooking.0

Always before. Believe me, it will plump up.0

weigh it before.
I know it doesn't seem like a lot, but when I cook pasta I add a lot of roasted veggies and protein to bulk it up.
you can look for some recipes at my blog: http://allpatchedupquilts.blogspot.com/0 -
The two ounces is dry weight. One cup (or less) cooked pasta is the serving size you need to eat . Whole wheat pasta is the best for your diet0

Everyone's right on here. If you look at the serving size on the package, it will say 2oz dry or 1 cup dry, etc., which means uncooked0
