Headaches?

Just wondering if anyone else gets or has gotten headaches with the calorie cutting and exercise? I am still eating around 1400 calories a day (or there abouts) and have not cut out caffeine at all (I only have one cup of tea a day and on weekends one diet soda while at work) so that's not the cause. but I noticed since I've cut back on the calories and am eating less "Junk" and exercising more that I'm getting daily headaches. I am not one to pop pills so I don't do much about it but I just wondered if it's a part of cutting excess sugar and "junk" from my diet? and also how long til they start to go away? I'm into my fourth week..
Thanks for any insight!

have you cut out caffeine or soda from your diet? or even tea? believe it or not, a lot of tea has caffeine in it, unless it says "caffeine free" on it...
that could be causing your headaches....
it will pass if that is the reason.... start drinking lots (6-8 glasses of water, or some kind of caffeine free soda IF YOU HAVE TO HAVE IT [some people have to])0 -
If you've cut back on carbs and/or sugar, try adding back some beans.0

If you weren't exercising before, then the exercise could be causing the muscle in your back and neck to become tight. This can lead to tension headaches. They will go away once your muscles get used to it. Try getting a shoulder rub, that might help.0

Oh yeah, sugar withdrawal can cause headaches too!0

When do you get headaches? after exercising? if so you might need to drink more water before the routine and a gatorate afterwards...That helped me big time.0

Something to do with electric light loss0

I woke up with a really terrible headache today and it would go away no matter what I did. I'd had a great sleep, eaten very healthily the day before (and today) and was very hydrated. I ended up having a small chocolate ice cream lolly and the headache went away so I figure it was sugar withdrawal or something, hahaha, any excuse for a bit of something luxurious every few days :P.0

Thanks everyone! I'll stay better hydrated and stick it out then. I'm nearly positive the lack of sugar has something to do with it. Not that I'm NOT having sugar now but waaaaay less of it. (I can't give up a bit in my tea, just doesn't taste as good0

Usually when I get headaches it is because i need to eat more (not more every day, but there are days my body seems to just need more fuel), I haven't hydrated enough, or I haven't gotten enough sleep.0
