I'm 1/2 way through level 1 today I did day 5 of 30 day shred I have gained a lb hopefully water weight I know this workout is mostly about inches so its fine I'm going to clean up my eating even more I paired it with fitness blender workout

Did level 1 day 1 today 23 minutes it was awesome hrm said I bunted 281 cals I took it down to 185 I always do this though just because accuracy isn't 100% anyways feel good my son actually let me do it no interruption

Going over my fat micros
I am following the p90x fat shreddar which is 50 protein 30 carbs and 20 fats but I seem to never hit those micros I'm always user protein n over my fat I know the groin beef I used this week isn't the healthiest usual I get ground turkey or 92% lean but had to settle for this anyways I open my diary won't mind suggestions…

P90x pull up dilemma need alternative
So the 1st workout requires a pull bar basically back exercises do and I managed to get one but my door panel on top is to thin wont hold on any of the room even bathroom front door it does but c'mon its cold lol I have the chin up assist but it also goes with the bar that didn't stay on doors.
