P90x pull up dilemma need alternative

So the 1st workout requires a pull bar basically back exercises do and I managed to get one but my door panel on top is to thin wont hold on any of the room even bathroom front door it does but c'mon its cold lol I have the chin up assist but it also goes with the bar that didn't stay on doors. And I do have the b-line resistance bands the guy in the video doing alternative uses a ban but its connected to the bar I also can't do the broom with chair alternative because my chairs don't support it so if anyone has any other options I'll gladly take advice also have 3lb dumbbell and 10 lb dumbbell

They make the bars the screw into your door frame on the inside. Here is something like what I am talking about. I used something similar and it worked really well;

You can put your resistance bands in a partially open door above the top hinge. You will have lean over quite a bit on your knees to get the correct angle, but it can be done. Here's a guy explaining it.
