Before I cut things out advice on problem area...the belly

So I have been cleaning up on my eating but its not perfected I had pizza chips 78% ground beef (wasn't lean ) and well I have lost a good amount of weight I'm currently doing 30 day shred and try to add an extra workout that ange from 20-30 minutes along with it so it gives me 40-50 minutes a day of workouts I'm a stay at home mom but don't move around much my son likes his little small play area so that's where we be however I know lifting weights would help alot but I can't start that until prob April when its spring time for now I'm working out at home now I was wondering should I change some of my foods I hear alot of carbs and diary aren't good and jm 30ds doesn't have a meal plan or something to go off as a guide there's a rip in 30 guide but its organic stuff and she has subways an pop chips and such and diff meal each day I usually keep it simple beans toast eggs and such

    I don't think you should cut anything out. Body fat is predisposed to be wherever, genetically, it will be. So, the best thing you can do is body weight resistance training (you are your own gym or something) and find a moderate calorie deficit. Losing weight at a sustainable pace will help shed fat and eventually that will come from your tummy. I just had my second child in May 2013 and my mommy tummy is much improved since then.     Oh ok and really I ha my first child April 2013 so I can do strength workouts at home just using my body I have seen fitness blender body workouts I did insanity and it helped my arms and legs got tone I have biceps now lol and I lost weight but my stomach didn't cooperate much and it's the last to go didn't know if I had to change my eating and thanks for the link going to check it out

    No problem! I had to lose a considerable amount of weight before I started seeing real noticeable progress on my stomach. Take pictures if you can weekly and measurements. It really helped me stay motivated when I felt like nothing was happening.

    Thanks and I have pictures so hopefully after this program I can compare many women have had good results I hope it helps to so hard shedding that pouch lol

    Thanks for the link and yes my genetics screwed me lol I lost everywhere including my face my stomach is being stubborn and I'm abt 15lbs away from my goal weight
