I figure that the have sizes from very,very small to size 20 in the store. So I went to try on their size 20 jeans and to my delight they fit perfectly! I have a new snack love...
It's so simple but I love it. 1oz of raw almonds and one small box of raisins. It's packed with potassium and healthy fat and it keeps me satisfied between my very early breakfast (5am) and my lunchtime (1pm). Yummers!

Not to toot my own horn but...
My blood pressure on April 5 was 127/81. That is by no means hypertension but it does put me in the prehypertension zone. At age 30, that is not where I wanted to be. Since then I have been watching my diet and exercising and I am proud yo report that my BP is 117/73. That's back into a very healthy range! Yay me!
