Not only did I break my plateau...

I lost my 4 pounds over the last 2 weeks!!!

I also found a bag of potato chips in my pantry that I threw out because my hubby said they were stale. I can remember a time when I ate so many chips they didn't have time to get stale. Lol. So I'll give myself a big pat on the back for laying off the snacks.

P.S. I broke my plateau (which lasted about 3 weeks) by eating more. So now I join those who say eat some if not all of your exercise calories. Lol. I was neutral on the subject, but eating them (at least for me) has been a good thing so far.

    Wow thats fantastic!!! Im still getting my body to adjust to eating more!!! hahahaha So hopefully the pounds will start melting away soon!! =]

    great going on throwing out the chips, not eating them, and breaking your plateau....I am also neutral on the eating exercise calories..but I may soon go with you on eating some or all because my weight loss is also slowing so may try something different...
