I got my period for the first time since surgery. I have never felt so drained in my life. First side effect experience
I am on day one of eating soft foods. I was a little too excited and ate a little too fast. Well I ended up with a pain in my chest for 20 minutes and so I drank something to see if I could clear whatever was stuck and there goes my food. I brought it all back up. Back to work
My first day back today it was ok for the first half of the day but after lunch I came back and was so sore. I could have used a few more days home resting before getting back to the normal life. One week off was not enough... How much time did you take off?

I got the VSG, My appointment was at 7 am on Monday and I was in my recovery room by 11. I don't remember anything after they strapped me down.
