protein pancakes and no sugar
simple fast breakfast, full of protein; 1 egg 2 tbsp oat bran 1 mashed banana 1 tbsp almond butter Mix and bake in few drops olive oil! To add some sweet flavour, slice a few bananas on top of it. I train a lot and this is a great start to get going!

Jillian Michaels' Slim for Life book
Anyone read the book yet? I read so many good reviews about it, but am not sure if there is enough new info, useful tips, etc. I always get motivated by a good weight loss book. I purchased Shred by Dr. Ian Smith which is great as a guideline what to eat/planning meals and schedule workouts and exercises.

tips or advice from Atkin dieters please?
Switched half way the week from Dukan to Atkins Diet Lost only 1 lbs. I exercise 3 times a week (45 min to an hour on my road bike) and think the weight loss should be more so I did something wrong I think. Sigh, hard to be motivated if you only lose 1-2 lbs a week. What is your daily calorie intake?
I work a few days a week to sit at my desk. Other than that I am quite energetic, always busy. Walking my dog, cycle a few times a week, running errands. At different websites I entered my activities and calculated around 1200 calories. Would that be enough, do I need less than that? How is yours and how active are you?

I think to put a Magic Bullet on my list. Just saw one at Costo just over $40. Not bad. Love to make smoothies and protein shakes which I usually do with my blender. A bit messy because it is a big thing, only for one cup. And most of it all the frozen fruit get stuck in the blades and I have to poke it to loosen it up.…

Greek yogurt, which one is better?
I have two different Greek yogurts, because they are the best! One is nonfat plain but contains 19 gr sugar (140 cal.) the other one is a 2% fat with fruit (100 cal.) but has less sugar, 12 grams only. One better than the other, or doesn't it matter?
