protein pancakes and no sugar

simple fast breakfast, full of protein;
1 egg
2 tbsp oat bran
1 mashed banana
1 tbsp almond butter
Mix and bake in few drops olive oil!

To add some sweet flavour, slice a few bananas on top of it.
I train a lot and this is a great start to get going!
