22 pounds gone!
Finally hit the 20+ pounds lost mark, setting a new LW record. :smile: Last year, I got down to 245 and gained it all back... but this time, I'm 240 and don't plan on going back up. :drinker:

Overcoming a Plateau - Help! :(
Well, since March I've lost 20 pounds; which I'm extremely happy for! But unfortunately, I've hit a snag. For about a week or two, I've hovered around the 242 lb mark. I'm glad I'm maintaining... but I desperately want to get back to losing again! Is there any way to jump start the loss again?

Sodium Issues
Okay; after tracking my sodium intake for a week or two, I've realized that this is my primary problem area. Day after day, I either come extremely close to overshooting the 2,500 sodium limit or go waaaaay over. Does anyone have any idea as to how to fix this problem that always rears its ugly head? Also... it's kinda off…

I haven't quite lost enough for this to be a problem, but I couldn't help wondering about it, seeing as it's pretty much inevitable. Frozen bagged fruit from walmart. Only 70 cals per cup, absolutely no sodium. :)

Working in a restaurant and dieting?
Is there any way to resist the urge of eating on the job? I know deep down that it is just setting me back... but I just can't seem to tell myself no to eating calorie-laden things at work. :frown: The guilt always hits me afterwards, though.
