I don't.

Exercise calories are optional. I haven't eaten exercise calories since starting MFP... and for 3 months straight, I've lost weight at a steady 2 pounds per week approx. Excercise calories set you back IMO. Why eat the calories you just burned and put that junk back in your body?

It sounds like a fad to me... and as such, I don't think it would be too effective in the long run. I could be wrong though.

Gum and soymilk work for me! (I DESPISE the taste of real milk.) Also, those special K crackers that are 90 calories per 17 crackers are AWESOME. They really work!

Finally hit the 20+ pounds lost mark, setting a new LW record. Last year, I got down to 245 and gained it all back... but this time, I'm 240 and don't plan on going back up. :drinker:

You can. But it isn't healthy.

Well, since March I've lost 20 pounds; which I'm extremely happy for! But unfortunately, I've hit a snag. For about a week or two, I've hovered around the 242 lb mark. I'm glad I'm maintaining... but I desperately want to get back to losing again! Is there any way to jump start the loss again?
-
Congrats!!! Keep going! :drinker: :flowerforyou:

WOW! You go girl! I wish I had some before pics. I was always afraid to look at myself before :ohwell:

Okay; after tracking my sodium intake for a week or two, I've realized that this is my primary problem area. Day after day, I either come extremely close to overshooting the 2,500 sodium limit or go waaaaay over. Does anyone have any idea as to how to fix this problem that always rears its ugly head? Also... it's kinda off…

I'm not going to log my 5 calorie vitactive vitamins. I'm not going to stress over those. Not worth it IMO.

My pick is Definitely the Caesar salads from McDonalds or Wendy's topped off with grilled chicken. Can't get enough. If they weren't so expensive, I'd grab one daily.
-
Tried it today.... only got through like 10 minutes before nearly collapsing :frown: I hope it gets better after awhile.

Maybe about 1,200 at the most. I'm not a big easter eater anymore now that I'm weight-conscious. No candy!
