Getting into Lifting
Hey guys! :) am tired of being a weakling! I can barely do 5 pushups. :sad: I want to start lifting weights, could someone give me a good beginning workout? I am not afrarid of lifting heavy, and I promise I don't own any pink dumbells. ;)

HEMP <3 smoothie fasting (no h8rs)
So I am on a hemp protein smoothie fast. anone done this before? It is like juice fasting, but with protein and fiber. how many lbs per week can I expect to lose? 600- 800 net kcals a day... but I've heard of ppl losing around 30 lbs in 40 days? is this possible? weight loss is not completely dependent on calories…

Shell shocked new vegan.
I have been a vegetarian for my whole life, but have become vegan this week. I don't eat grains usually, though I have had a few cliff bars, (Which are hidden now. :ohwell:) I don't eat sugar either... well, I have moments of weakness every now and then.... Kinda stupid but....
I want to quit eating Cliff Bars cuz I love them SO much I overdo them. they are high in cals and are a big caloric sacrifice. This is dumb, but how can I make sure I don't eat them? other ppl here like them so I can't toss em. I just wanted to know if anyone has had succes 'just saying NO'

My heart rate is around 175-185 How many cals per min.? 5'6 153 lbs 18 yrs. old.

can you burn 1000 cals?
is it possible to burn 1100 cals in 160 mins. of general aerobic? Is that an overestement?
