frozen yogurt
Hey! I went to Menchies last night with the gang and got The sugar-free, low carb, low fat, orange vanilla frozen yogurt. (what a mouthful, no pun intended.) MFP says one container is 90 calories. is this true? I was expecting more like 400.

Clean eating + Fitness comp.
How important is 'clean eating' to get into fitness comp. shape? i.e. egg whites, tofu, veggies, whole grains, lean meat, etc. Will you see a difference in results? I hear lots of people saying that all that counts is calories, but does that apply here?

Weird thing happened while jogging
While I was jogging, a utility van pulled even to me, slowed to a near stop, and opend the sliding door. A guy was crouching in the doorway. Another car came by and they sped off. :noway: should I report it?

Calorie burn for weight lifting
Is the MFP burn estimation over the top? It says 100 calories for 30 minuets. I lift heavy, (well, heavy for me) But it sounds kinda high. Thanks

Sometimes I go over my calorie goal, which is VERY generous (1500) and then exercise until I net below it. So If my goal is 1500 and I eat 1900 then run off 500 calories (and lift weights- which raises metabolism I think) I am no worse off?
