I want to lose BODY FAT. Cardio BEFORE weights or Cardio AFT
i would love to hear from others on here what has helped them lose body fat besides eating healthy.. my goal is to lose body fat.. what has worked for you as far as a workout? has Cardio BEFORE doing weights helped or cardio AFTER weights? would love to hear from you all, thanks

CARBS IN THE EVENING
hi, does anyone here limit carbs by a certain time? not carbs from fruits or veggies, but the whole grain/wheat carbs... some say they find it better to stop eating whole grain carbs by 2pm.. some still have grains for dinner.. just woundering some opinions here

Gained 7 pounds and it's getting to me really bad.. :'(
it took me a while to lose 15 pounds. Can someone please tell me how they reached success in lowering their body fat..? I've heard that doing low carbs by 80g or under a day and high protein has helped others... and also exercising..
