i love protein bars.. i honestly feel like it isn't that bad to have one, better than reaching for a chocolate candy bar right...? i have a luna bar everyday.. just one, but i make sure that it fits into my macros.. however, i would love some in put if it is bad to have one every day?

is it not a good idea if i have a protein bar everyday? i use it as a post workout snack.. i workout 5 days a week.. i eat healthy i know bars are "processed" - the ones i have are either pure proteins, lara or luna..... it helps me on the go.. do any of you eat protein bars frequently and it hasnt stalled ur weight loss?
