Do you watch your FAT or PROTEIN intake??

i am looking to drop the last 10 pounds which is hard.. my profile picture is me 3months ago which i am trying to get back to that weight again... i was wondering, if you are eating under 90g carbs.... do you watch your fat intake? protein intake?
how many grams of fat do you usually take in a day? i am at 1,200 cals a day.. i am trying to lose body fat

If you're trying to lose body fat, low carb isn't going to offer any real advantage over a more balanced diet. It may help with satiety though.
You'd prob want to shoot for a minimum of around 1g of protein per lb of lbm, whatever your cho target is and the rest fats0
