is under 90g carbs considered carb? i only get my carbs from whole grains, veggies and fruits..

Yes, that is considered low carb, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.0

Depends on the person and their usual carb intake, really. But I'd say anything under 100 grams is probably considered a low carb diet. Most people who finish the Atkins diet, and maintain their weight, using that plan are eating somewhere around 80-100 grams per day and the getting their carbs from the same sources you are.0
