calling carb cyclers.... please...

carb cyclers.. what does your typical weekly carb intake look like? how low of carbs do you go and how high do you go? i'm not sure if i am doing this correctly but monday-tues, low carb.. which is under 50g.. then weds, thurs under 80g.. then friday/sat/sun it's under 115g.. is this ok?? has anyone had success with carb cycling in losing body fat

    Unless this is specifically for cutting further for body building competitions then carb cycling usually will produce very, very little benefit to you (for men, for example, you want to be 9% or lower body fat before you even consider carb cycling). It's better just to focus on eating healthy and keeping yourself in your calorie goals.
