How about 35% carbs, 30% protein, 35% fat?
If you're doing 1200 calories...
420 calories carbs (105 g), 360 calories protein (90 g), 420 calories fat (46ish g).
I don't know what your lean body mass is, but if you want to do it based on your total weight:
406 calories carbs (101.5 g), 444 calories protein (111 g), 349-350 calories fat (38-39 g)
Let me know if you have more questions
In general, I would shoot for around 1 g/lb of bodyweight for protein, and limit carbs for sure.0 -
IMO if you want to shift another 5-6lb of fat, I'd jump onto a CKD keto diet myself. Can stick one together for you if you like. Very easy to follow. Message me if you want details.0
