What am I supposed to do?
Okay since 4/11 I am down 9.25 inches but possibly up in weight by a pound or two. I haven't lost since 2 weeks or so ago. I know that the inches are great but I would really love to see the scale drop at some point here to a more normal range and get out of the morbidly obese range.... what do I need to do to make this…

So I tried increasing calories for 1 months
The results are minimal at best only losing between 0.2 and 0.4/ week. I am figuring I should have at least been losing around 1 lb by eating 2100 calories and exercising to an average of 2500 calories per week. Not getting calories in
This week I was started on some new medications for pain as a result of rheumatoid arthritis. I haven't been able to afford the infusions so the pain issues have escalated to a point where I may not be able to continue to work. Problem is I was started on 6 doses a day of tramadol and one dose of cymbalta and I am not…

Finally
So, I have only been here 1.5 weeks but have been working on my weight loss for 2 or more. However, I have been working out 4-5 days per week since last July. I had been pretty disappointed in my results as there had really been none for a long while. I was definitely getting stronger though. I am on a lot of medications…
