Valentine's Day at Home Suggestions?
My hubby and I do not make a big deal of out Valentines Day, but we would like to make something out of it. We have a ten year old daughter and 3 year old twin boys, and no sitter. Elliptical vs Treadmill
I normally run on the treadmill; however, I got a cramp in my side last night so switched to the elliptical. I feel that I work much harder on the treadmill, and get a better workout; but according to the machine, I burnt more calories on the elliptical. Are these machines not really that accurate, or could that be true?

Totally Losing Motivation
The change in season's is really putting a damper on my motivation. I did really well from March - September. The past few weeks it's been getting darker earlier, which cuts out my nightly run and makes me want to sit on the couch, watch tv, and bake. I'm scared to start gaining again!
