Need help determining carb/fat/protein goals

I've only been using this site for a few weeks, but am definitely finding it helpful. I used the automated goals, but am not sure how to determine if they are what's best for me. I always go over my protein, never reach the goal for carbs, and am usually just below the goal for fats. Should I not worry as long as I'm consuming the right amount of calories?

Also, sometimes I'm way under my calories, is that bad?

    If you go way under your calories, that could be detrimental to your weight loss, your body tends to go into starvation mode, making it very difficult to loose weight. I have been going over my protein allotment daily, but stay under my caloric intake level by about 200-300 per day, and have had it work for me...best to you always,
