Question about logging in a boxing class. I take an hour long class that consists half of using the punching bag, then sparring, and then calistetics (sp?). We do 3.5 minute rounds with a minute break in between. Should I only count the rounds and not the minute break for how long I worked out, or should I count the whole time? When I only count the rounds the calories burned using MFP appear to be too low. I plan on getting a hrm soon to see what I'm really burning.
Thanks
Thanks

Your heart rate is probably still up pretty high during that minute so I would count it.0
