Cold weather and aches
I'm in the Twin Cities and it's been COLD the past couple of days (today, the high was -5 even though it felt like -35 with the wind chill). Does anybody else who lives in the northern US (and maybe Canada) have to deal with aches when it gets this cold outside?

Food related NSV
My brother thought he would be nice (and he was trying to be helpful) and run to go get lunch since I'm helping him with two computers that he's rebuilding. He brought back two Wendy's grilled chicken sandwiches and 2 small orders of their new fresh cut sides with sea salt--he did ask for both orders of fries to be not…

Massages
I was wondering if anybody else here gets a massage on a regular basis. I scheduled an appointment for one tomorrow night. I know massages help relieve stress and loosen up muscles that are tight. I'm asking because the last massage I had was over two years ago.

Starting over!
I'm starting over. (BOO!!!!) I've gained the two pounds that I've lost since I tweaked my back last week. So, I'm back at it again

I survived a terrifying 12 foot fall 6 years ago and I've been working on losing the weight that I gained due to a period of "forced…
