I need to get back on track!

I need to get back on track as far as working out goes. It's been a struggle for me since I've had a minor knee sprain about a month ago and dealing with a cold (that I'm finally getting over). I have post it notes on my computer monitor and my TV at home. I've got a post it note on my computer monitor at work and I have a daily reminder set on my cell phone, but I haven't worked out. :mad:

Ironically, my weight's stayed the same. It hasn't gone up (which I'm surprised!). It could also be from the stress at work...

    Put that adorable baby in the stoller and go! Calories in - Calories out. Did we really think it would change? Best of luck!

    Thanks on the adorable baby part. The little one is actually my 6-month-old niece. I don't have kids of my own (yet..)
