  • Way to go! Keep it up!
  • Thank you for the suggestions! I've got some good ones to look into.
  • I have Zumba DVD's (from zumba.com) and pilates for stretching. I've had my zumba DVD's for 4 years now, and I've been doing them on and off.
  • Anything Italian--my mom's spaghetti sauce, pizza, lasagna. And any kind of chocolate..
  • FYI, Egg Beaters freeze well too. I've cooked and eaten Egg Beaters a week after the expiration date and haven't gotten sick.
  • The last movie I saw in a movie theater was the last Harry Potter movie. I've never been paddle boarding...and I want to go.
  • After having ended a relationship in November, I am single this V-day. My plan is to go to the gym (depending on the weather) and come home to watch the Minnesota Wild play. I can say I have a date with a hockey game, right?
  • I went through that 8 years ago when I fell 12 feet and ended up with a 2 inch section of the radius bone in my left arm shattered to the point to where it was powder, multiple broken bones in my left and and wrist, along with soft tissue damage, two broken ribs, four cracked vertebrae in my mid-back, and 200 hair-line…
  • This winter has been the worst for me because of this. It's supposed to "warm up" some, but then the cold is supposed to be back later next week. I've been feeling it basically from my left shoulder down to my left knee. I'm surprised I haven't had pain in my right knee because that's bad, too.
  • I know it's been colder than this here before, but it's never really bothered me until this year. I wished I could have worked from home today so I didn't have to leave the house.
  • I bring my gym bag with me and I go to the gym right after work. I even brought it in with me to work so my work out clothes wouldn't be cold from sitting in my truck all day. Today, I just didn't feel like going. I used to run outside and play hockey, but I haven't been able to do that in 8 and a half years.
  • I don't get the headaches. I get aches in my left thigh and rib cage. I think the healed fractures I've had in those spots may have something to do with this. I have been good at getting to the gym, lately. Today, I just couldn't go because of the aches bothering me. I know that to keep moving helps, but today it wasn't.
  • Mine is from June of 2009, when I was in Biloxi, MS for work. I was standing in the Gulf of Mexico.
  • I gained 6 pounds, but this is over the past month. I started going back to the gym Wednesday.
  • I'm in and I'm aiming for 15 pounds!
  • I've done the Body Pump and Body Flow classes that are offered at the YMCA I belong to. Body Flow is great for stretching and includes Yoga and Pilates. I've never heard of Body Combat or Body Balance (unless that's the Body flow).
  • I'm going to call tomorrow to set up an appointment for a massage this week. I have been doing planks to try to help with my core, along with doing pilates. I'm going to have to try the laying on my back with knees in air and bent with the feet pressed against the wall.
  • Friends and The West Wing on DVD (I have all 10 seasons of Friends and 7 seasons of The West Wing). Manhunters: Fugitive Task Force on Hulu/Netflix. Giada at Home The First 48 on A&E
  • I'll have to get him to try that, even though he is a very picky eater (he calls himself the pickiest fat guy you know--even though he's lost about 30 lbs so far). I've tried telling him that even though he's using the "heart healthy" stuff, it's not that much better. He says that he's looked it up and it's alright. I…
  • Mine is from three years ago when I was down in Biloxi, MS for work.
  • Sorry about that. The setting has been changed to public. You should be able to view it now.
  • 2003 Chevy Trailblazer LS
  • I might have to try the Gold Bond for Eczema. I have also heard that Sarna is a good lotion to use. I was told that eczema can also be tied to allergies and asthma, which I have (including food allergies). I've been suffering from eczema for years. Here's what I use/do: I take Zyrtec at night to help alleviate the itching…
  • Let them know about Eucerin Calming Body Wash Daily Shower Oil. I use it and have been using it for a couple of years. It doesn't irritate sensitive skin and my dermatologist recommended it. It also doesn't strip the skin of the oils it has. I use that with Neutrogena Body Oil.
  • I use a laptop. 1. I don't have the space for a desk and a monitor that a desktop computer (or tower these days) would require. I have a wireless network set up in my house. I even have a printer set up to print wireless. Besides, I can use my laptop in my living room or in my bedroom. 2. Laptops run the same processors…
  • That is not a silly, stupid NSV. That is a great NSV!!
  • "just because people tan DOESN'T mean they will get cancer! Your statement is ridiculous!" I agree! I do try to get some sun WITHOUT using sunscreen. I have a mole on my leg that gets checked every year when I go on for a physical. During the winter, yes, I will use a tanning bed 3-4 times a month to help keep my severe…

  • That is funny! Whenever I go in the bedroom, Gardy runs in there (that is also where my boyfriend keeps the cat treats) and he thinks I'm going to give him some. There are times where I'll go to bed and he'll be laying on my side of the bed, sprawled out and asleep. I have to carefully move him in order to lay down.
  • Thank you all! In looking at the pics, I do see a difference--especially the side ones. I have also noticed a couple of other changes that you may not see--my bra bulge is going down and I've noticed a couple of areas smoothing out. The cat--his name is Gardy. I didn't notice it that he was laying in the same spot for both…
  • Thank you for fixing those! I will keep that in mind when I'm trying to post pictures again.
