Starting over!

I'm starting over. (BOO!!!!) I've gained the two pounds that I've lost since I tweaked my back last week.

It sucks, but I've got some stretching exercises from a friend of mine who is a personal trainer to help with the back issues and I've got a workout schedule (that I made).

So, I'm back at it again

    Thank you Ruth!

I've also done a couple of things to make sure I get a work out in. One is that I set meeting reminders in my e-mail and my phone. I've also hung up a dress that I want to wear to a wedding this summer to motivate me.

    Best of luck!

    Thanks Ally!

Since I started this post, I've been doing pretty well on getting the workouts in.

The big changes I've noticed so far is that some of my tight fitting tops are a little bit looser and my pair of size 12 jeans are loose (and that's with the belt on the last notch). I'm definitely sleeping better at night.

This week I've noticed that if I don't get a workout in, I feel kind of crappy.

Hi there. I binged last week sometime (you can look in my food diary). And right, the sad part is I had made it to 5 lbs LOST!!! I really had a breakdown about it. It has taken me SINCE THEN to get back to being under 240 and into the 230's again. But you know what? It's worth it. This is HARD WORK, blood, sweat, tears, misery, workouts, and trying NOT to binge.

After that happened, I wrote about it on the 100 lbs to lose thread, and then I checked into the Binge Eating Disorder thread. Then as of yesterday I started writing my DAILY GOALS down on the 100 lbs to lose thread. Then I decided to just make a thread about DAILY GOALS to check in daily and I think that's going to help me the most, writing it out daily, what are my goals daily.

If you'd like to join it, go here, we could use a lot more people checking in. This kind of thing works for me.

Thanks Jane! I will have to check it out.

I have been doing good so far the last two weeks. I stepped on the scale this morning and I lost two pounds!

I've also been planning out my meals, which has been a big help because I'm not going stir crazy when I get home from work and trying to figure out something to eat. I've also been cooking recipes from eatingwell.com. I make a couple of them on Saturdays, divide the meal up and put in the freezer so they're ready during the week and for lunch.
