Heart Palpitations
Have you experienced heart palpitations due to stress? I have had a standard EKG which came out normal, a echocardiogram which also was normal and have gone back to the gym…

12 Hour Fast
So I was reading an article from Fitness magazine and it said we should eat only in a 12 hour window. This means if your last meal is at 7 pm, you can eat after you wake up at 7 am, then be done eating again by 7pm. Its also important to note, you should be done eating 2 hours prior to when you go to bed. This is important…

Here's my problem. After class I felt like I was going to throw up and was shaky but I didn't. Then felt sick during lunch. But this went away…

Kettlebell?? Two questions
So this morning I tried a Kettlebell class for beginners. I am definitely feeling sore! It was a 45 minute class and I want to log it. But MFP does not have an option for this. Any idea how I can get an estimate with how many calories I burned? My second question is, after the class I felt a little sick to my stomach. I…

Question about Running Gait
So I have been running. I currently can go a mile without walk breaks and run outside and at the gym. Today one of the trainers at the gym told me I had a good running gait. I know that's a good thing, but what does that mean?? Thanks! :)

NSV- Running!
Today, I was able to run 1 mile- without any walking breaks! And the coolest thing happened while I was running, I actually caught myself thinking about something else other than my feet, my breathing, how far I was going, or if I was going to make it. I was able to run and just lose myself in it  I feel like I have…
