Question about Running Gait

So I have been running. I currently can go a mile without walk breaks and run outside and at the gym. Today one of the trainers at the gym told me I had a good running gait. I know that's a good thing, but what does that mean??
Thanks!
Thanks!

Running form is a hot topic of debate.
Some people strongly believe that there is a right way and a wrong way to run.
Others feel that it varies by a person's unique anatomy.
And of those that believe there's a right and wrong way, there is disagreement about what the right way is.
runnersworld has a good article

Probably that your stride isn't too long and you're landing mid or fore foot.
As ixap pointed out it's the subject of much debate in the running community. Not surprisingly there are numerous examples of highly competitive and successful runners who, according to conventional wisdom, have terrible form.
The best form is the one that allows you to run, injury free, the distances you want at your desired pace.0
