DOMS and Nausea?

Hi Folks,
So yesterday I took my first Kettlebell class, it was for beginners, but I found it to be hard! Oddly enough, I enjoyed it and would like to include it in my fitness plan.
Here's my problem.
After class I felt like I was going to throw up and was shaky but I didn't. Then felt sick during lunch. But this went away after I ate.
Felt progressively sore throughout the day but took some bayer back and body and then some bayer pm.
Today, more sore than yesterday and now have what I like to call "rolling nausea". It comes and goes.
Is this normal? Anything I can do to speed up my recovery time and not feel so sick? Thanks!

That doesn't sound very normal at all. I think it's more likely that you're just catching a stomach flu or something. But if it persists more than a few days, I'd get checked out by a doctor.0
