So I had heard the other day from someone at the gym that sitting in the sauna for about 15 will burn and extra 300-600 calories…..i tried to do some research and have found and overload of information and nothing very concrete….do anyone know about the benefits and calorie loss from sitting and sweating your butt off???

So i started using oxyelite pro today. there is 90 pill an it states it is suppose to burn more fat an curb your appitete. I hate having to do this but i have been working my butt off at the gym, watching what i eat and have not seem any results. has anyone tried oxyelite pro? and if so what results did you notice???

exercise: better in morning or at night???
I know exersice is exercise but when do you feel is the best time to do it. I am sooo not a morning person an typically go at night but after work an class all day i sometimes dont feel like it. i would love to hit the gym in at am but i need some incentive and motivation to get there so dang early.
