maybe have gum on you at all time and cold water (if possible, if not just water at all) and when you feel the urge crew a stick of gum and drink water......MIGHT help :)

thats a great point i didnt even think about the body fat percentage going down with the muscle gain. im deff going to stick with it ive noticed some toning happening already which is great i just am a little to cofused on the scale since im so overweight sometimes. thanks for the feedback!

yeah i totally dont want to cut out everything i love just do the moderation thing because i dont want to mentally rebel and go crazy lol plus there is no way i cant still eat the bad thing once in a blue moon to avoid depriving myself but thats a good idea find out what it is i want an how many calories to burn to enjoy…

ive been smoke free for a about a yr and a half and unfort. i gained about 20lb. i cant really say it was from replacing cigs w food i know i was in control the whole time but i have a huge journey to loose the weight i gained and plus some. just do what some other said find a HEALTHY substitute sooner then later. great…

6 months smoke free <3 15lbs gained :( it sticks but it was so worth it!!! i feel better and healthier! i went cold turkey for heath reasons so that was my insentive. i have a planned and would mark down every week i was smoke free so that it kept me motivated and accountable! good luck

i personally cant say whether or not it contributed but when i started daing i got on BC an from there is what i started gaining weight. but i also went on BC after high school so at 18 and i was very active in soccer in high school so i dont know if has to do with the BC or just life changes

what i do is bring a hand towel and put it over the time area an just listen to my playlist until i get distracted and finally look at the time. but there are other times i will grab a magazine and just flip though it to kill time.

i just went in an customized my profile. i uped my calories from 1200-1500 and have a "projected" weight loss of 1.2lb/week. however i am going to concentrate on the measurements for the time being verses the scale
