So i started using oxyelite pro today. there is 90 pill an it states it is suppose to burn more fat an curb your appitete. I hate having to do this but i have been working my butt off at the gym, watching what i eat and have not seem any results. has anyone tried oxyelite pro? and if so what results did you notice???

    Tried it in the past, really didn't do much of anything. Not even that great for an energy boost

    yeah the guy that sold it to me said something about losing 5-7 pounuds in a week and a half. i mean i dont want a quick fix but i need some kind of motivation/results to get be to keep going without losing hope.

    Post up your diet...you say you're watching what you're eating, but is it completely cleaned up (or are you even eating ENOUGH?). OEP can help with weight loss goals (in my experience), but unless you're putting in the work and have your diet on point, it probably won't be much help
  • I'm on week number 5 of taking OEPro. I've dropped 12lbs since then.

    I do 2+ hours of cardio (or combo-cardio) almost every day.

    Here's how I started on the supplement:
    -First three days: One pill in the morning 15-30 minutes before breakfast. Water water water all day.
    -After that: One pill in the morning, 15-30 minutes before breakfast, and then another one 5-6 hours later (As recommended)
    I hit a plateau of doing that after 3.5 weeks, noticed only a 1lb weight loss when my workouts were becoming better. I did some research online to find out that the true assist this stuff gives is after week 1 if you take 2 pills in the morning before breakfast, then 1 more later in the day.

    So i tried that. THE VERY FIRST DAY I took 2 in the morning I was "deer in the headlights" energy wise. Eyes dilated for about 4 hours. I have never sweat more than in that workout. The purpose of the 2nd pill in the morning is to increase your core body temperature for the entire day. Since then I've done the 2 then 1 per day schedule and I've dropped 5lbs in 7 days.

    I consume between 800 and 1000 HEALTHY calories per day. Fruits, Yogurts, Salads. Occasional breads just to fill up. Water all day long (easiest thing with this is to have a water bottle by your side all day long). 1-2 Sodas per day for an added caffeinated boost later in the evening, if you need it.

    But I agree with Brie, we need to look at what you're consuming for food versus what you're doing for a workout(s) to see where the problem may lie. First week on this you should have lost between 3-5. Don't believe everything the GNC folks tell you. I don't listen to them at all.

    I took it once before and I'm about halfway through my bottle this time. I love it! I take 2 in the AM before my workout and 1 before lunch. Keeps me going all day and def helps curb my appetite. As you can see by my ticker it has def helped me with my results!

    2 hrs of exercise per day and eating 1000 cal per day.......do you think the supplement is responsible for the 12lb loss over 5 weeks or the work you're doing is?
  • I think it's a combination of both. I sweat more due to the thermogenic pills, but I've done 2 hours of cardio 6 months prior to that and dropped a combined 10lbs in that time. This is much more weight in much less time.
