I have lost 27lbs and now I'm stuck! I have recently joined the gym adding weight training and cardio 3 times a week and I haven't lost any more weight! I have gained 5 lbs to be honest with y'all! Beat My first goal by 2lbs

Work out partners??
I work a swing shift and don't get off work till 11:30pm. I want to work out after I get off but cant seem to find a work out partner. I can work out for free in the weight room at the facility I work at, but it is kind of creepy to be here all by myself!! Any suggestions???
