im having a day. I'm not in the mood for cooking and I'm sick of my staples. I just found some rice free sushi and I hated it :-(. I have a boatload of cookbooks so maybe when I'm in the mood (later) I will look at them for inspiration. I'm open to any staple suggestions. I'm tired of my salads and veggie scrambles.

I am so troubled by sugar cravings that...
I dreamt about having a meal and then craving sugar and searching my kitchen for some leftover sweets that I had forgotten to get rid of. I do ok, and then at night I really want sweets :( Damn. What's up with quinoa? It is a seed technically, and Mark Sisson mentions it being ok in the Primal Blueprint. Is anyone ingesting this now? It feels so much like a grain I don't want it to create cravings for other grains.

How much sleep do you get?
I have a challenge going to bed really early. I know I don't get enough sleep. I am an early morning riser, which is good, but I can't seem to fall asleep until 10:30ish (I get up at 5am) I know this is a lifestyle and not just a way to eat. I am curious how other people organize sleep time.
