Hey guys. New to this group but I have been on mfp for several year. Maybe 6-7? Running a marathon in sept and started Paleo/ whole30 in January. Would like to have more friends on here that are eating Paleo. Add me if you want :)

Hey! Just looking for some new mfp friends. I've been eating mostly Paleo and a few whole30 rounds and have just started training for my second marathon. (First was 5 years ago!-have run since) Any Paleo runner out there? Friend me even if you are not.

I've been on mfp since the days of having to use photobucket (was that it?) to upload pics! Lol I am back on the wagon and have started eating really clean. I want to take the plunge into whole 30 as soon as all my slim fast is gone ;) looking for friends for encouragement and diary sharing.

I have been on MFP for 3 and a half years on and off. I am back at it again. I got fit-ish 3 years ago and ran a marathon.. I since gained every bit of the weight back. Looking to lose about 80lbs. Would like to add to my already amazing group of MFP'ers. Feel free to add me.

running shoes-narrow w/ high arches
I know go to a running store and get fitted and to see what fits best and go from there. My question is, is there any one out there that has narrow feet and high arches that has found a running shoe that they really like? Thanks for any suggestions

Walden Farms makes it and it is completely DISGUSTING! Don't try it or waste your money. :) Just an FYI.

No bake cookie oatmeal
I had some dark chocolate lavish better oats instant oatmeal that was really gross. I didn't know what to do with it, besides throw it out. What's your 10k time
Im trying to decide between a 5k and a 10k. I am leaning toward a 10k but I want to compare my times to others. My fastest 6 mile time so far is 1:08:53.

BMR vs. Maintaince calories
So a little confused. When I configure my BMR using the BMR calculator it says that I need 1566 calories. When I change my settings to maintenance at sedentary activity level it gives me a number of 1900+. I am not maintaining, I was just playing around with it. However, shouldn't those number be the same??
