I call it protein crunch

2T PB2/cocoa +1T water
1/4 C fage 0% plain greek yogurt
1/4 C Kashi 7 grain nuggets

mix PB2 with the water, then mix that with the yogurt. Dump the Kashi on top.

1.8g fat
31.8g carbs
4.5g fiber
13.2g protein
