Are you hot yet?? The answer is yes. You were from the beginning! I was happy to be in this challenge with you guys. Thank you for making it happen.


1. How many points did you earn this week? (1 point for each day of exercise, 1 point for each day of hitting your calorie goal, and 5 points for each pound lost)

    7 points for exercise
    6 points for calorie goal
    5 points for weight loss (one more!)

    AM I hot yet? Nope. A bit closer, though.

    What have I learned about myself? Endorphins from exercise really do make a difference in my mood! I'm over-the-top about life - I need to slow down and build lifestyle habits rather than focusing on weight loss/gain. Telling me to eat a little bit more is like telling me to break control. I haven't adjusted to my higher eating limit yet - just chowing down!

    Thanks for everything. Good luck to all of you. I'll be around for a long while by the look of my pace, so keep in touch.
