NSV: My first race finished

This is me after my first race, ever! :) Very proud to have accomplished this. It seems like yesterday I could not run even 90 seconds. I've come a long way since September 2011. :)

    thats amazing!!! I'm only doing 5k's right now until I can at least run a full one, I couldnt even imagine doing a full 10k!! awesome job :)

    Awesome!! I have my FIRST race ever this weekend. So I am experiencing the 'jitters' this week. It is the Indy Mini (half marathon). You had a great pace! Hope I can do as well.

    Thank you guys. I would not be here it weren't for all of my wonderful MFP friends, past present and future! :)

    I registered for The Chicago Marathon before I even thought about my first 5K or 10K. I would still like to do a 5K in the near future.
