Approaching the end of cycle one - lifting heavy
So, I am entering week five of my cycle. Tonight was brutal for some exercises and a cake walk for others. I take this to be that I had accurately accessed what I should be doing for some of the lifts and didn't get a good gauge for others. I am doing the 8-12 rep (progressive) work sets on a five week cycle; adding one…

Weight training regimen - critique
Here is what I have started with and wanted some discerning eyes on it. If the answer to this question is in a previous post (I scanned quickly), please just post a link and I'll read it. I'm willing to do the reading, just need a point in the right direction. The below was recommended as a starting point by a friend that…

I'm having some pretty darn good results in my humble opinion. The workouts are still kicking my tail, but I'm getting up 6 days a week at 6am and pushing play. Sadly…

Workout bench alternative
One of the areas that I am seriously in need of work is the upper chest. When I've looked in to exercises that are targeted at those muscles, it seems that all of them are done on an incline on a weight bench. For now, I'm stuck with a few weight bands and an elliptical. That's all I've got. Any ideas?

One more time
Hello. Just joined the site today and I'm extremely impressed. I'm a 33 year old male that has struggled, at times (i went from 198 to 172 a little over a year ago). I've been doing Power 90 and loosely following the diet recommendations. I've done WW before and liked their system, but I seemed to plateau very quickly. I…
